Optimised in 3 steps

From measurement to optimised routes

1

Measure

EOS-R measures contactlessly via 60 GHz radar; EOS420 reads connected 4–20 mA level probes – battery-powered and low maintenance.

2

Alert

Orelia automatically notifies you when a container is due for emptying, needs refilling, or exceeds threshold values.

3

Optimise & document

Only visit full or empty containers – trips, fillings and emptyings are logged and exported in full.

Orelia Web App

All fill levels at a glance – on any device

Dashboard, level display and historical data including CSV/Excel export – directly in the browser, no installation required.

Logistics Efficiency

No more redundant routes

Instead of visiting every container on a fixed schedule, Orelia shows you exactly which location actually needs attention. That saves mileage, fuel and staff hours – and documentation is generated automatically.

  • Demand-based routes – only visit full or empty containers
  • Early warning for fillings and emptyings
  • Volume, weight & % – output that fits your process
  • Audit-ready reports per container, location or time period
Orelia Features

Configure, alert on and analyse fill levels

Everything for reliable level monitoring – in a single web interface.

01 · Level configuration

Set up a container once – understand it everywhere

Define geometry, nominal volume and density per container. Orelia automatically converts the raw measurement into volume, weight and per cent.

  • Container geometries: cylinder, cuboid, IBC, silo
  • Conversion into volume (l/m³), weight (kg/t) and fill level in %
  • Density and offset calibration per asset
  • Grouping by location, route or customer
Orelia configuration of containers and fill levels
02 · Warnings & alerts

Early warning for filling and emptying

Define threshold values per container or group – Orelia automatically notifies you when refilling or emptying is required.

  • Individual thresholds for full, empty and critical levels
  • Alerts via email, SMS and webhook
  • Escalation levels and recipient lists
  • Trend detection: consumption per hour/day
Orelia alert rules and threshold configuration
03 · Reports & records

Automated documentation

Recurring reports, audit-ready exports and a tamper-proof archive – for internal processes and external compliance requirements.

  • Automatic PDF reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • CSV export for time periods, locations and containers
  • Signed, tamper-proof archiving
  • Consumption and filling history per asset
Orelia report view with analytics
04 · API

Data feeding your ERP and dispatch systems

Already have an ERP, routing or logistics system? Orelia delivers fill level values and alerts directly via REST or webhook.

  • REST API for readings, assets and reports
  • Webhook push on alerts and thresholds
  • Payload decoder available as an NPM package
REST API and webhook integration
Hardware

Two technologies, one IoT ecosystem

Choose the EOS variant that fits your measuring task and installation location. Both sensors share the same platform, the same wireless standards and the same cloud integrations.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers on technology, installation, battery life and integration.

What range does the EOS radar sensor have?

The 60 GHz pulse radar measures contactlessly up to 10 m distance with an accuracy of ±10 mm and 1 mm resolution – for liquids and bulk solids.

How long does the battery last?

Depending on the transmission interval and wireless standard, the sensors achieve over 5 years of battery life. The batteries are replaceable, so the sensor never needs to be replaced.

Do I need my own SIM card or a gateway?

With the NB-IoT/LTE-M variants, connectivity is included – no mobile contract of your own required. For LoRaWAN® or mioty®, use an existing or your own gateway.

How complex is the installation?

Plug & Work: screw the sensor in via the 1.5-inch thread or mount it flat on the lid, add it in the Orelia web app – done. No wiring, no electrician required.

Can I import the data into my own system?

Yes. Orelia offers an open REST API and webhooks – fill levels can be passed directly into ERP, TMS or BI systems. No vendor lock-in.

Which media and containers is EOS suitable for?

Tanks, silos, IBCs, barrels, waste containers, cisterns, channels and waterways – for liquids and bulk solids. Where radar reaches its limits, EOS420 with 4–20 mA level probes covers the gap.
