Oil and diesel tanks
Continuously monitor heating oil and diesel tanks – trigger reorders early and avoid shortages.
With the EOS series and Orelia Cloud, you always know exactly how much is inside – as volume, weight or fill level in %. No unnecessary trips, no overflowing tanks: fillings and emptyings are automatically flagged and documented in full.

Continuously monitor heating oil and diesel tanks – trigger reorders early and avoid shortages.

Feed, pellet or raw material silos – volume and weight readable at a glance, refills planned as needed.

Level probes at boreholes and monitoring stations – wireless, self-sufficient and fully documented.

IBC containers and barrels holding chemicals, water or additives – track remaining quantity in litres and per cent.

Contactless level measurement on rivers, streams and overflow structures – reliable even during flooding.

Only collect full containers – plan routes dynamically based on fill level and cut costs.

Capture sewer channels, stormwater retention and process tanks contactlessly using radar, fully documented.

Keep an eye on rainwater cisterns and infiltration systems – monitor levels automatically and discharge as needed.
The benefits of our solution – from hardware to cloud.

EOS-R with contactless 60 GHz pulse radar or EOS420 for 4–20 mA level probes – the same platform, the same wireless standards: LoRaWAN®, mioty®, NB-IoT and LTE-M.
View the EOS overview ↗EOS-R measures contactlessly via 60 GHz radar; EOS420 reads connected 4–20 mA level probes – battery-powered and low maintenance.
Orelia automatically notifies you when a container is due for emptying, needs refilling, or exceeds threshold values.
Only visit full or empty containers – trips, fillings and emptyings are logged and exported in full.
Dashboard, level display and historical data including CSV/Excel export – directly in the browser, no installation required.
Instead of visiting every container on a fixed schedule, Orelia shows you exactly which location actually needs attention. That saves mileage, fuel and staff hours – and documentation is generated automatically.
Everything for reliable level monitoring – in a single web interface.
Define geometry, nominal volume and density per container. Orelia automatically converts the raw measurement into volume, weight and per cent.
Define threshold values per container or group – Orelia automatically notifies you when refilling or emptying is required.
Recurring reports, audit-ready exports and a tamper-proof archive – for internal processes and external compliance requirements.
Already have an ERP, routing or logistics system? Orelia delivers fill level values and alerts directly via REST or webhook.
Choose the EOS variant that fits your measuring task and installation location. Both sensors share the same platform, the same wireless standards and the same cloud integrations.
Contactless level measurement via 60 GHz pulse radar – directly onto the surface, without contact to the medium. For liquids and bulk solids, open containers, shafts and waterways.
Wireless connection of external hydrostatic level probes via the rugged M12 connector. Ideal for wells, boreholes, groundwater monitoring stations, tanks and shafts – wherever radar reaches its limits.
Reliable level and distance measurement using radar technology for industrial applications, tanks, silos, shafts and containers.
Wireless IoT radar level and distance sensor for tanks, silos, shafts and industrial facilities with NB-IoT/LTE-M connectivity, rugged IP69K construction and direct cloud connectivity for reliable monitoring without additional infrastructure.
Wireless IoT radar level and distance sensor with NB-IoT/LTE-M connectivity for reliable monitoring of tanks, silos, shafts and industrial facilities, including direct cloud connectivity, GNSS positioning and rugged IP69K design.
LoRaWAN®, mioty® or NB-IoT/LTE-M. Same hardware base, same sensor technology – you choose the right wireless standard.
IoT level sensor for external 4–20 mA level probes with LoRaWAN®. Ideal for municipal networks, smart city and private gateways.
EOS420 with mioty® for exceptionally robust LPWAN communication even in challenging radio environments.
Cellular-based level monitoring without your own gateway. Ideal for distributed facilities and remote locations.
Answers on technology, installation, battery life and integration.
The 60 GHz pulse radar measures contactlessly up to 10 m distance with an accuracy of ±10 mm and 1 mm resolution – for liquids and bulk solids.
Depending on the transmission interval and wireless standard, the sensors achieve over 5 years of battery life. The batteries are replaceable, so the sensor never needs to be replaced.
With the NB-IoT/LTE-M variants, connectivity is included – no mobile contract of your own required. For LoRaWAN® or mioty®, use an existing or your own gateway.
Plug & Work: screw the sensor in via the 1.5-inch thread or mount it flat on the lid, add it in the Orelia web app – done. No wiring, no electrician required.
Yes. Orelia offers an open REST API and webhooks – fill levels can be passed directly into ERP, TMS or BI systems. No vendor lock-in.
Tanks, silos, IBCs, barrels, waste containers, cisterns, channels and waterways – for liquids and bulk solids. Where radar reaches its limits, EOS420 with 4–20 mA level probes covers the gap.
Whether it's a single tank or a multi-site rollout – we'll advise you on the right setup of EOS-R, EOS420 and Orelia.
